The fit is spot-on for my body type - I wore it for over 10 hours no problem. Truly, the color in person was slightly different from the website photos - but I actually prefer it. Honestly, a very lovely wedding dress with just one small thing to flag. I was able to customize the train length and they did it perfectly. The fit is flattering in all the right places - I never felt like I needed to adjust it I received countless compliments at the reception - everyone kept asking about my dress. Shipping took about a week longer than the estimate but the dress made up for it. Would recommend with just that small note. I tried on dozens of dresses before finding this one.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
