I honestly can't believe the quality I got for the price I paid. I tried on gowns at David's Bridal, and everything either felt cheap or was too expensive. This dress felt truly custom-made, because it was! The V-neck shows just enough, and the fabric drapes beautifully. I only wish the milk color was a little whiter, but my photographer said it looks perfect in photos, so that's what matters. Several guests asked me where I got it. The dress traveled well for our destination wedding. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived.

This was my backup dress (long story - my first didn't work out), and I'm so glad I found Devotion. I ordered in March 2023 for my July wedding, and it arrived just in time but pretty close. The deep V-neck is gorgeous and very flattering. I had to get minor waist alterations since I lost weight between measuring and the wedding. The quality is solid for the price point. I was nervous ordering online but it turned out perfectly. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
