I'm really pleased with this dress that I wore at a lovely mountain lodge in September. Truly, the zipper was a bit stiff at first but is fine now. Found Devotion through WeddingWire and this dress is gorgeous, though one small note. You can really tell the dress was made by experts. As an athletic build, off-the-rack dresses don't usually fit me well, but this was perfect. I wish they had sent progress photos during production, but everything else was excellent. amazing quality for the price. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
