Honestly, overall, an okay experience with Devotion Dresses. Truly, the A-line silhouette suits me really well - I love how it flows as I move. loved the low back - it stayed in place perfectly all night. I needed to have the waist taken in a bit, which added to the cost. Actually, the bust was slightly off and had to be adjusted by my seamstress, but nothing major. The dress looks nice and I'm happy enough.

Nice dress, but with pros and cons. It came in a beautiful Devotion box. the low back is gorgeous and felt secure throughout the day. Construction is impressive. The side zipper was stiff at first but now works fine. I'd still recommend Devotion but plan extra time for alterations.

Beautiful gown with only a small note. The fabric has a gorgeous sheen and you can immediately tell it's high quality. The off-the-shoulder style photographs beautifully. The dress arrived a bit creased from shipping but it steamed out perfectly. Overall, very happy with this lovely gown!

The dress is gorgeous overall, but I wish the zipper was a bit smoother. It functions fine, though it's a little stiff, and my maid of honor had to help me every time I got in or out during fittings and on the wedding day. The off-shoulder neckline is super flattering, and I loved not having to deal with a train at our city loft venue. Honestly, the blush tone is subtle and romantic, and the beading was really well done - I've seen much pricier dresses with worse details.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
