This dress is stunning, with just a minor note. My mom kept saying 'wow' over and over when she saw me. You can tell it was crafted by people who really know what they're doing. Truly, the exposed back is a showstopper; many guests mentioned it. The two-in-one feature was genius - my guests were shocked when I changed it up for the party. My husband said I was the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen, which made the day perfect. It arrived with some creases from shipping, but the steamer fixed that easily. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
