Good quality gown from Devotion. You can tell it's crafted by skilled expert tailors. I just needed to take in the waist slightly. There was a small thread near the bodice, but it was hardly noticeable. After alterations, it looked great. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. It was the first dress I tried on and I just knew. The attention to detail is really noticeable up close. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort. The lace detail on the bodice is absolutely gorgeous.

Overall, a beautiful dress. The A-line flow looks flattering on me. It arrived well-packaged via priority shipping with a velvet hanger and repair kit. my seamstress barely had to do anything. I did have to follow up about shipping, and they responded the same day. Minor issues aside, I'm glad I went with Devotion. The color was exactly as shown on the website.

A really pretty gown with great quality for the price. The ivory leans more toward cream, which worked out well for me. I took half a star off because the zipper was quite stiff initially and took a while to break in. Otherwise, no complaints - I wore it in June 2024 and felt beautiful!

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
