My experience with Devotion was fair overall. The sweetheart neckline is classic and lovely, and the beading is elegant but not over the top - subtle yet impactful. I customized the train length easily, and they were flexible with it. The bust wasn't quite right, so I needed a seamstress to adjust it, but it was no big deal. In the end, the dress looked nice. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception. I was able to dance all night without any discomfort. I've been recommending it to every bride I know. I felt like the most beautiful bride in the world.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
