The gown is gorgeous and the guipure lace is lovely. The fit was mostly right, though I needed minor alterations around the hips. This detachable court train suited our venue perfectly. Shipping took nearly four weeks, a bit slow, but the quality made up for it. I'd still recommend it. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos.

Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable).
