Anyway, overall, I had an okay experience with this dress. the back of the dress is stunning and got many guest compliments. I caught myself smiling at my reflection often. It felt secure all night. I wish they'd sent progress photos during production, but that's a minor thing. There was a small loose thread near the neckline that I easily trimmed. Would recommend, just keep realistic expectations. It was comfortable enough to wear for the entire reception. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived. My wedding planner was impressed with the quality.

To be fair, my rooftop wedding in Brooklyn needed something chic and modern, and this mermaid gown with one shoulder was perfect. I'm 5'3" and curvy and was worried about proportions, but their custom measurements nailed it. The ivory crepe is classy and photographs beautifully. Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
