This was a decent gown with some things to note. I'm curvy, and usually off-the-rack dresses don't fit me well, but this was perfect. The ordering was smooth - just submit your measurements and they take care of the rest. Truly, the A-line silhouette is timeless and flows beautifully. I wish they had more color options, but overall I'm happy. I had to ask about a measurement and they sorted it out quickly. Happy enough I ordered it. The train looked incredible in our outdoor photos. I felt so confident walking down the aisle. My photographer said it was one of the best dresses she's shot. The detailing on the sleeves was a beautiful touch. Even months later, I still look at my photos and smile.

The dress is well made, but my experience was mixed. The fit is flattering - it hugs where it should and flows everywhere else. the support staff was amazing, responding to my emails within hours. The 3D appliques are detailed and romantic. Shipping took about a week longer than expected, but that's understandable since it's custom. The zipper was a bit rough at first but is fine now. I'd recommend with the caveats mentioned. The packaging was also really impressive when it arrived.

How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
