Honestly, overall, an okay experience with this dress. I only needed to have the hem shortened a little, which my seamstress handled without trouble. Being petite, I found Devotion's sizing worked well for me. their support team was fantastic, responding to my emails quickly. A reasonable option for brides on a budget. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. I was nervous ordering online but it turned out perfectly. My bridesmaids were all amazed when they saw it. Such a beautiful and distinctive dress! The illusion neckline is delicate and lovely. My only slight wish was that the violet shade were a bit more noticeable, but it still looked fantastic in-person and in photos. Devotion's measurement process was thorough and the dress fit well. The classic A-line shape was flattering. The ivory, nude, and violet color mix is breathtaking and quite rare. I received tons of compliments on it on my big day. How does made-to-measure sizing work?
Your gown is made to the 21 measurements you send us, and our head technologist reviews them before production begins. Under our Terms of Service, made-to-measure gowns are delivered in the measurements in your order within an allowance of up to 2.5 cm (1 in). Follow our measuring guide or ask a local tailor to help; minor final alterations may still be needed.
What is the return policy?
Made-to-measure and customised gowns are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size selection. You can cancel an order by emailing info@devotiondresses.com within 24 hours of placing it. If your gown arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 15 days of receiving it for an exchange or a full refund; your statutory consumer rights also apply. Standard-size gowns without customisation can be returned on request within 14 days of receipt (return shipping and a restocking deduction apply; Value Collection gowns are not returnable). Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
